How to complete 'Secure Compounds' quest?

Hi!

Not sure if I'm facing a bug or if I'm just missing something.

The quest talks about "Lattice Ore" and building a Quarry.
I've never seen Lattice Ore in the game, but I've built a quarry before I received this quest and after I received this quest. But nothing happens.

You need to build a quarry on basalt. It's the only tile that a quarry can be built on, in fact.

Trick : If you have a quarry already buitl and don't want to venture out to built another one, you can just demolish the quarry and re-built it (start another improvement to remove the quarry). Then whent he quarry is done and you started to improve the basalt with another improvement built the quarry again.

You can actually build a quarry on Floatstone too, but that doesn't fullfil the a quest. I was playing along and built a new quarry on Basalt and that triggered the quest.
