How to create a Doctor Specialist

Hi, i want to create a new specialist type able to improve Health in the city
i try to modify xml files, but it doesn't work,
d'u know how to create the Health trigger for specialist?

you could just have the doctor create food, i don't think you can give specialists health or happiness bonuses.
