How to create a spy mission to improve relations

I would like to create a new mission for spys/diplomats that improve relations between the civs, and/or stop a war. Are there any tutorials or threads that give helpful information on doing this? I tried using "search" but since "spy" is only 3 letters, it won't search it.

Any help is appreciated.

That is actually an AMAZING idea. Maybe an event could do it triggered chance if you have a spy in foreign nation, or any time you complete a spy mission there's a chance.

"Espionage points" just become then "foreign relation points". But there are many ways. Perhaps your spy successfully intervenes an assassination attempt against a foreign minister. Or, she could have been at a state dinner and wooed some generals... There are lots of ways. Compare to James Bond.
