How to darken the scoreboard panel backdrop?

I'd like to darken the background for the scoreboard panel. Is there an XML setting somewhere for opacity, darkness, or transparency of this panel?

I've modded the CvMainInterface to greatly enhance the amount of data displayed in the panel, so, with all this new information, it is harder to read.

If it is not handled via an XML setting, could it be that it is handled by one of the python parameters passed in "screen.addPanel" or some other python routine?

Yes, thanks. CivScale doesn't seem to affect the opacity of the scoreboard - I have it set all the way up and it doesn't change anything for the scoreboard.

Check:
Assets\Art\Interface\Screens\civilopedia\
civilopediabg2-opaque.dds - this one is used for civilopedia, tech tree and couple of other advisors including scoreboard

civilopediabg2.dds - this is for graph with points
