How to deal with burnout

I switch back and forth between Civ 4 and 5, and in between Simcity 4 (and very occasionally Age of Empires 2 or Caesar III).

There are better wargames out there than Civ 5. If that's the only thing that you're interested, play one of those for awhile. Otherwise, you're just after a wargame where half your opponents aren't trying to beat you in a war.
