how to disable types of victories

I keep winning unintended domination victories (and sometimes cultural victories).

I play either to get huge and/or to win space races. So England/Spain/Russia/France/Turkey/Arabia/Rome all get absolutely enormous -> unintended domination.

I also sometimes play completely ahistorical stuff like Inca starting in 500BC, England starting in Australia, Egyptain exodites, and other curiosities just for the fun of it.

Where should I look in the python/xml files?

Open the file RFC Dawn of Civilization.ini in your local RFC-DOC folder with Notepad++ or a similar program, and then change the 1 to 0 in this line:
"NoCustomScenario = 1"

Then you can start a custom game and change with victories are enabled or disabled, as well as some other stuff.

I highly appreciate this. I hate time/score victories so much with a loathing passion. I'm glad to finally have the possibility eliminated.
