How to disable war weariness?

Apologies if this has been asked and answered, but what's the easy method to disable or reduce war weariness? As specific an answer as possible would be much appreciated, as I admit to not being very tech-savvy. I'd just like to take it out of the game completely, if possible. Thanks for any answer.

One pretty simple way to do it would simply to make the Palace reduce war weariness by 100% in CIV4BuildingInfos.xml

You would, of course, need to rework everything else that has a war weariness effect on it to make them still worthwhile in the game.

Try setting BASE_WAR_WEARINESS_MULTIPLIER to 0 in /Assets/XML/GlobalDefines.XML?
