How to earn money ?

Hiii guys,

I am running low on money, each time -5 goes off.
Does anybody have some good tips to increase this.
I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but i am now working under Monarchy.

I want to do business with other civs, but I have to build a sea route first, how do I do this ?

Or one could just read the manual that comes with the game. Page 123, under the section "Managing your Empire", to be exact.

ok before Killer comes to get a sea route you have to build a harbour and so do they and it has to be reachable i.e. if in ancient time it can only go along sea

Change the ratio of science / luxury spending.
