I know there are mods on the Steam Workshop, but none really do what I want - they mostly just either provide some of the units, rework the tech tree, etc.
I basically want to make Empire of the Smoky Skies more playable by making the map larger and allowing for more city states (basically what you can do in advanced settings).
I've gone through Assets/DLC/Expansions/Scenarios/SteamPunkScenario and haven't found anything there that would allow that.
Is there a way to edit the Empire of the Smoky Skies scenario to allow for a larger map size (Huge) and allow for more city states?
