How to extract art0.fpk?

How do you extract this file? I need to so I can edit the textures.

Hmm, nobody knows how to open it?

Someone was talking about extracting the files out of it, but didnt say how. I'm asking how and nobody seems to know.

Go to the Civ 4 support on the official website, they provide a tool to extract the .fkp file.

i've looked around Support and cant seem to find it.

Edit: Found it and it only works for XP, sheesh. I guess ill go to my friend's PC tomorrow with the file and extract it there.

Your work is appriciated, but to be honest i'm running windows 98.

I just ran upstairs and nobody was sleeping in the room with the PC that has Xp, so I just extracted the stuff myself and then put it on a CD and brought it back to my room.
