How to get rid of resources view within my own borders ?

I have disabled the resources view from the option on bottom-right of the screen into 3D.

It works, I see no more food, hammers etc.. except when I flag the relative option.

The problem is that I keep on seeing them within my own borders, how can I disable the view of them within my own borders ?

Are you seeing them when you have a worker/settler selected? Because there is an option in the options menu to dissable/enable this feature.
And I assume you are talking about tile yields, not resources . . .

I keep on seeing them despiting the unit I select. I have not produced a settler yet and I always see the tile yields only within my own borders.

Is there perhaps an option into the civ5 config.ini file ?

Haven't heard this problem b4... you sure there's no "always show" option somewhere that you accidentally checked?

I think I fixed the issue re installing the game. Now yields are always shown only when workers and settlers are selected, is that correct ?

Yes, that is. The game assumes that when you are using your workers and settlers you would like to know how much each tile yields. I actually leave them on (plus tiles).
