How to give Anti-Aircraft unlimited retaliation attacks plz?

Would someone please tell me what file to edit in order to grant anti-aircraft guns unlimited "defense attacks." Currently they only retaliate once per turn.
I have a basic understanding of editing .xml files but I can't find the correct file to edit.

You could give them the 'Sortie' promotion... That would give them two instead of one... The best that can be done unfortunately...
