Hello, I downloaded the mod although not on this website but there was no installation instructions anywhere in the download or read me files. Does anyone here or ElseWare know how to properly get the mod to work or be playable/fully functional? years ago when I played this mod I got it to work some how by overwriting a game file in call to power and mabey also changing the name if I remember right. this might give a clue to get it to be playable if that helps but I don't remember what file that was that I needed to overwrite and/or change the name.
Jeez you get around don't you mate haha. Posting on my youtube videos and now here in multiple forums.. I just noticed that there was also a guy on facebook asking the CFC group about CTP1 problems a few months back, was that you too? EDIT: Yup it was haha, I'll reply to you there too lol.
Anyway like I told you on youtube unfortunately it'll be a while before I get to CTP in my big Civ video series and sadly I've never really messed with CTP mods before (despite uploading a bunch of lost ones to this site a few years back) so I'm no help there atm.
I've posted a few CTP questions in this forum over the years but sadly they've gone unanswered. There just doesn't seem to be a big active dedicated home for CTP fans anywhere anymore sadly.
However I can see you're pretty desperate to resolve this so I don't want to leave you empty handed. I've done some digging and maybe you can find the help you need in these places...
Apolyton still has it's old CTP 1 & 2 forums.. they've been pretty dead for over a decade but I can see a few people have posted in there over the last year so ya never know.. can't hurt to ask there:

CTP2 is on steam and so it has a forum. I wasn't going to suggest it since your problem is CTP1 but then I noticed other people seem to be asking CTP1 tech questions in there so hey it's worth a shot!
