How to load game in multiplayer

hi, i am trying to e a civ III fan but i have some problems.. I still can't find how to load a previous game in multiplayer mode. I have conquests but do not have any patches. How can I load a game in multiplayewr???

You host mp game and launch into setupscreen. There you can choose gamemode-> loadgame
