How to patch without steam ???

I want to know if there is a way to patch my Civ5 without using steam. I'm using cracked version of Civ5 coz original one doesnt work on my computer ( Help is appreciated +rep to nice and polite answers.

Moderator Action: Anything regarding to piracy is not allowed in this forum.
The only way to patch the game is via steam.
Everything which allows you to patch without steam is probably also against the forum rules.
