How to place starting points on existing maps?

Sorry but Im new at this and all I would like to be able to do is learn how to place starting points for each civilization in the maps which came in the DLC maps and Explorers pack

Could anyone advise me on this please?

thanks but that all looks pretty technical. with no modding experience, could you tell me if its doable using the worldbuilder tool that comes with the game? i dont know any code or technical stuff. perhaps i could create a scenario or something and maybe add the map? what do you think i could do?
