I downloaded it and now I don't know how to run the mod. Anyone would who can help it is appreciated.

A bad kitty!
First, see what have you downloaded first.
There is the mod, additionally there is a media pack with contains movies and sounds(?) and last but not leasts there is the patch!
You have to install the main core mod [~300MB]. Then if you wish you can install the media pack, this is not obligatory. THEN you HAVE to apply the latest patch with you will find in this forum in the sticky thread about bugs, look for it in the FIRST post of that thread.
After that everything installed you either run you civ 4 [not warlords!] and go Advanced, Load a Mod and here you have FfH2 OR you go to your mod folder in the civ 4 directory and in the FfH2 directory is a link [there should be no icon to it] You can check the properieties of the shourtckut to see if it points the righs folders.
