I've been playing civ 5 bnw for quite some time.I played without mods,i used mods that gives new techs. However in all time i have to play the game throughout all eras.I can stop science,i can choose the starting age however i can't choose last age.Is there any way i can choose last age?Maybe by editing files i can stop research after Renaissance era,However i don't know how to edit files. So please can anyone help me.....

So you're saying you want to do something like disable all technologies past the Industrial Era, for example? You could start in Ancient and research through Industrial but could not progress into Modern?

I actually want to know how to do this instead of using other mods because i use certain mods that alter tech tree so i need to know how to alter files to stop certain research.

Then you need to talk with folks in the Creation & Customization forum.

Analyzing existing mods is a good way to find out how to do things. If you have a mod installed (downloaded from the Steam Workshop or otherwise), you can go to your Mods folder and check the files used by the mod to see how it achieves its effects.

And then for the parts that just confuse you, you ask the folks here. But one place to start if you want to make your own mod, is to look at the tutorials that show you how to create a mod. LuvToBuild's The Newbie’s Guide to Modding Civilization 5 is a decent place to start, along with Derek "Keal" Paxton's Original How-To for CIV5 modding. Although Keal's guide is a little out of date in some particulars because he wrote it lo these many years ago and quite a few things have changed since then. It still, however, gives a good overview of hor to mod in CIV5.

And I'm also working on a guide for mistakes that novice modders commonly make. Bottom link on my signature. At the moment it is still very much WIP (work in progress), but the info that I have added to it should be useful. At least, that is my hope and my intention.
