How to transfer the game from one Steam account to another

I wanted to get the game when it came out but could not afford it. Luckily Ebay game me a free $50 to buy something and someone was selling a Steam key. They wanted me user name and password for steam but I did not want to do that so I created a new account with a different email.

Now I can't switch it accross and I have changed my original email for my first steam account to the one I used for the new account (stopped using that internet service provider) so whenever I log in it does not log me into the account I created.

I have looked on the Steam forums and reddit and they say there is no way to bring a game across you have bought on another account but I don't want to buy it twice.

If this is at all possible you will need to contact Steam Support or perhaps the Firaxis Support can help.

I never actually worked this out and have now purchased the game 3 seperate times for reasons?
