How to Trigger Heroic Golden Age

I had played Civ6(Gathering Storm) since last April but able to achieved Heroic Golden Age with Germany only once. And that was accidentally, as i know Dark/Normal/Golden ages are define by your achieved total era scores during an era.
But i didn't found anything which mention the trigger point of Heroic Age, if you have any idea please let me know.

In order to get a Heroic Age, you have to get a Golden Age immediately after a Dark Age. The Golden Age will be a Heroic Age instead.
There's no way to get a Heroic Age without first getting a Dark Age.

It can be quite powerful to intentionally hold off on a few things which give Era Score (uniques, First Suzeing a CS etc...) in order to get a Dark age and then push hard for Heroic. Just be careful with the Loyalty penalty.
