How to uninstall?

In a botched attempt at modding, I've inadvertently written over some important files, making Civilization IV crash as soon as I begin playing. The easiest solution i can think of is to uninstall the game, then reinstall it- however, I can't find a way to uninstall the game. There's no uninstall option, and the game isn't listed on the 'add/remove programs' screen. What am I supposed to do in order to uninstall Civ IV?

Doublecheck the Add/Remove Programs, it is sorted alphabetically and civ should be under "Sid Meier's Civilization".
