It's literally a way to win without war, even deity on an isolated map.

Here's how.

1. build the apostolic Palace.

But I don't think it'll be easy to build a apostolic Palace in this city on deity.

So you have to use your own building.

You should use a saladin or Egyptian obelisk with madrasa.

You hire a priest with that, and then you produce a great priest.

And after accelerating theology, we build the Apostolic Palace.

I think this method is difficult unless it is in an isolated map.

AI is more intelligent than the user and looks at the user's situation.

ai will take the Apostolic Palace before the user unless islation.

This method is most advantageous for Ramses II, who has industrial characteristics.

2. Secure the optics.

You need a caravel to pick up a missionary.

So develop your optical equipment and take out your caravels.

3. Choose one of the leaders to make them friendly.

Religious victory cannot be achieved alone.

At this point, it is important to find leaders who are less affected by religion without antagonizing users.

You must be the only candidate for religious victory.

Users and other leaders should have different religions, but they should be able to secure at least 9 friendships.

I chose the pacal.

4. Spread the Vatican religion as a missionary.

In this case, you can spread it to both the user's city and the user-friendly leader's city.

And you can choose the least populated city to spread Vatican religion throughout the leader's city.

That makes it the most ideal number of votes.

5. Submit your religious victory agenda and win.

If there is a Vatican, it will be propose in the agenda every 10 turns.

If all leaders become more than voting members, there will be a religious victory agenda, and you can push this and religion victory.

See this video for more information.

:lol: boy if that's true we are in troubel
Honestly, I feel this every time I play Civilization 4, but I think AI's judgment itself is incredible. However, the reason we can win may be because we exploit the program's vulnerabilities. AI may have already surpassed humanity a long time ago.

Not sure what you are talking about even. Civ AI is beyond horrible and the decisions are random at best. Which is why we play against 6, not 1 opponent and give it huge handicaps (some even beat deity like every game).

If I had to give it some kind of an elo rating, I'd guess around 200 or so? Probably lower than that honestly.
