How Well Would Civ4Complete Run on this Computer?

I am thinking of buying a new computer and one of the main buying points would it begin able to play Civ4, my current computer which only has a 1.6ghz processor can barely run Civ3Complete.
I don't plan to play alot of games on it, mainly just Civ4, Civ3, maybe Star Wars Battlefront II. I would also mainly use it for web browsing, and Office.

I know 2 gb of RAM is not much in this day an age, but I can upgrade that pretty cheaply. The main thing is the processor and graphics capability.

it should run ok - not stellar but it should be fine.
I would really recommend more RAM though

I got it running on 256 megs of RAM. I got a lot of reading done during the wait.
