A three-month bump. Given that he gave advice that was three months out of date, time travel would be a great way for the OP to catch up, as time travel would allow him to travel to a point in time where he'd already caught up.

I think the moderator needs to move this to the customization forum. I'm pretty sure that time travel is not a tech in the standard game. I checked with my advisor but he's still trying to figure out how a barbarian village understood pottery before us. I considered firing him, but my military advisor warned me that his family is strong compared to mine, so I guess he gets a pass.

Time Travel is unlocked after researching Future Tech VI. See, you shouldn't have moved your science slider down to 0 after getting Integrated Defense.

I've only 1 finished the tech tree and encountered future tech (didn't researching it) whats included after the research costs?

Actually, Future Tech gets you nothing except for a very insignficant add to your score. You can't even trade it for anything.

If playing for histographic victory, then it can add to you're score, but it seems like the gold in you're treasury would add more.

You get about a quarter of a point per future tech, so it doesn't help much even in a histographic game.
