Huge Lua log file

Alright so I have a question here and this is just strange as Hell making sense of. So I've got this problem with Ingame Editor where it'll do some weird graphical issues and can't be closed. I use basically everything from the Community Patch except Health and Plague. This includes the CPP version of EUI. I'm using a civ called Gilgamesh's Sumer from here I'm lising all this stuff so hopefully someone can tell me what triggered this thing.

So after IGE has the problem I said above I go to check the lua log and see what's up. I also had this issue before that I asked on another thread, and it was a different thing. To get to the point my lua log is 1.53 GB in size. Notepad couldn't open it because it was too big. And when I opened it in Wordpad my RAM rocketed up from about 28% to 68% and Wordpad is so bogged down by it it'll freeze every couple seconds and slow down to practically nothing. I had to take a screenshot instead of copy and pasting the text because after 20 minutes it was still loading.

If anyone can tell me what happened here I'd be grateful.

From looking at your screenshot there was a run-time error. These occur when at a particular instant in time a piece of code is getting a bad 'answer' to something it is looking for. It appears that your error persisted in 'real-time' for a while (in computer terms) or caused the game to (more-or-less) lock itself into a loop trying to cure the problem, but the problem persisted through each attempt to do whatever IGE or EUI was trying to do at that instant in time, so another error message was spit to the log, and apparently another attempt was made to execute whatever it was trying to do.

The error is in some way related to the pop-up tool-tips that show in-game when you hover over something.

My suspicion is a compatibility issue between EUI and IGE. I would double-check the install instructions for EUI with regard to IGE. I remember when you add EUI to the game you have to get rid of certain files within IGE, or get rid of their equivalents in EUI, otherwise you get mod code conflicts. This could be the root cause of your trouble.
