Hurried or Thoughtful Constitution?

Okay we have major problems now... we need to get stuff done overnight

• we need to know what our civ is before opening citizen registry, people will choose city choses based on our tribe
• we need all world options done before nominations start, because strategy will involve around our world and civ(especially starting techs)
• we need our government offices ratified before nominations start
• we need election rules ratified before nominations start
• we need a forum before anything else can happen
• we need to have entire constitution finished by March 1st
• we need all settings ratified by March 1st

all of that, or a deadline extension
