That's it, tell us what kind of conditions do you manipulate to reach the victory. As an example I give you the last one I did:
Prince (meeeh I know... Im trying to get better!) , 8 civs, 20 CS, Marathon, Earth
So, I was playing as Rome and trying to get Cultural Victory... Took ages to see tourism start to work in a way that it could make any diference. So, until there, I was just playing war games and obliterated one of the civs (Portugal) and got a reasonable army to protect my lands. So, Rising condition showed up on my cultural view and I saw that just two civs was in a turtle speed, French and Netherlands, like 0,3% per turn... What to do? Simple, I just waited reach 100% with the other civs and nuke Netherlands and France !
Was something like Domination creating conditions to Cultural, not a total war, but neither a passive game... and was pretty funny seeing Netherlands and France going crazy with the surprise attack !
Took almost 1500 turns to do that, no Time condition and was epic! At least for me
