I can't access the Civilopedia

As the title says, every time I click on the Civilopedia, nothing happens. What's going on?

As the title says, every time I click on the Civilopedia, nothing happens. What's going on?

Where are you clicking it? Main menu or icon in game? Rarely, I have had to click the main menu one twice to get it to work. Which RoM version are you using and do you have any of the RoM mod mods installed?
