Staatseisenbahn not listed in Prussia civilopedia

As title says. I just noticed some of my tiles has the label Staatseisenbahn and looking up the civilopedia article does not explain anything. It ia also not listed in Prussia civilopedia as a unique improvement.

I don't want to create duplicate bug reports, but I can confirm that the article for the Staatseisenbahn has almost nothing in the in-game civilopedia in build 1.0.1:
