Help me please I cant build Military Academy. I have got an army which defeated many enemy units and capture the enemy city but I still cannot build it. I have got patch 1.17f

Military Academy requires a victorious army, then it can be built after Military Tradition. So if you get an ancient victorious army, you can't build the academy until Military Tradition.
