I can't find the Gotm17 Save (consolidated)

I'm new to the Game of the Month, and I installed the new units for the game, but I can't figure out where to get the save file? Can anyone help me out?

Welcome to the Game Generallisimo.

The starting save files are different for each software version of the game. You will find the correct location to download the save file for your version by reading to the end of the instructions provided to you in the Readme.txt file for your version.

For the MAC version, there is a file copy that has been converted to the base file format for the MAC computers and it can be located in the Mac Tournament forum. This version only works on MAC computers.

I don't know if I'm just a complete idiot or what, but I can't find the save game file anywhere. I read through the PTW section, downloaded the gotm17_start_PTW.zip file, copied everything to where it needs to be for the game, but I can't find the save game file for the life of me. It's not in that zip folder, and I tabbed through every link on the PTW page and the main GOTM17 page, but I could find any other zip files. Where the heck is this thing, and why wasn't it included in the gotm17_start_PTW.zip file?

i installed the pediacon and squid and fog/volcano units
but sav file was not in file i downloaded only graphics and pediacon...

where is the save file? other people are playing so it must have been released...
help
