My issues:
Unacceptable lag from start to finish. Cut scenes we stuttered and it ran super slow between turns. It was so bad I couldn't play.
Tried all the usual suspects, video drivers updated, DX updated and others.
Solution:
I saw a post on here (I wanted to reply to it but could remember where it was) about omegadrivers.net has a set of drivers for my card that worked (NVIDIA 6600 GT 128MB). Downloaded and installed, works like a charm, no more lag, the game is fun now
