I have a question

Alright, I would like to give Stalin the "USSR National Anthem" and I would like to give Bismarck the "Koniggrazter Marsch" both of which I have on my Computer's music list, now my main question:

Why can't I find Stalin in my Civ IV/Warlords or BtS folder? and how do I make it where when I meet them I hear these songs?

I just checked my BTS folders and Stalin is located in Assets\XML\Civilizations\CIV4LeaderHeadInfos.xml. I also have an old uninstalled Warlords folder and he's in there to. Since you have Warlords installed I would guess that you should be able to find him in Warlords\Assets\XML\Civilizations\CIV4LeaderHeadInfos.xml. In that file there are sections that deal with diplomacy music, I'm guessing that's what you need to change, unfortunately I've never messed with these, so I'm not sure about that. Hopefully, someone with actual experience will come along and verify this.

I modded Bismarck(works perfectly) I just wanna mod music actually.

I bought Civilization IV Gold edition and BtS, I found Bismarck in the Civ 4 folder, I look for Stalin but i am unable to find him...

I found Bismarck in the Diplomacy ares dealing with music, but I can't find Stalin.

Anyone know why I can't find Stalin in my Diplomacy menu with sounds? I want to give him the USSR National Anthem.

If you look into the Civ4LeaderHeadInfos.xml, you see, that Stalin uses Peter's diplo music.

So... I have to make Peter use the USSR's national theme if I want Stalin to use it?

Yes, you have to.
Or you could add new music tags for Stalin, but i haven't done something like this yet, so i can't give you any advice.
