I have a technical problem, probably because I have Vista, can anyone help?

I need to do a tiny little change to the file PediaIcons.txt because otherwise the game crashes, but the computer won't let me. After doing the change, when I click "save" I get this error message (translated by me to English):

File C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Civilization III Complete\Conquests\Text\PediaIcons.txt could not be created.

Check that the path and file name are correct.

Then I get the save as window up, so I try to save as with the same name, but then I just get the above error message again. Next I tried unchecking read-only mode for that file, but it didn't help. Then I tried unchecking read-only for the whole folder where that file is in, but still I only get the same error messages. I get a feeling it's Vista that's being a b¡tch. How do I solve this?

First save it to documents or something. Then copy-paste it to your text folder. You might hsve to rensme the original or delete first.
