I have broken my PTW Civ installation with Gotm24

[Tech Step]

I played and finished GOTM 24 (I suffered a humiliating Space Race loss in the 15 hundreds) After the game I tried to play a normal game in an effort to get my self esteem back yet when I press "new" in the main menu I get the following error

"Can't find pediaIcons........blah blah


How do I undo the damage that the GOTM24 install has done to my installation of PTW?

PM me or suffer the indignation of unravelling how you could possibly have impacted your basic installation on PTW when all the files install to scenario folder that could not possibly impact you main game files.

Gotm24 cannot break your PTW without lots of pilot error.

I am certain that you and I have had this conversation before on a one on one basis.

I will get the exact error message when I get home tonight. This will help in figuring out what I did wrong (I would assume that it was me that mucked it up. However I did try and follow the installation instructions to the letter.)
