Most of the time, when we on the forums discuss and debate who'd be a good potential Leader, we appeal to reasons such as importance, notability, personality, diversity, etc.
I myself have made similar appeals, but for the most part, that's post facto reasoning.
In reality, I just want cool hats
I want certain Amerindian leaders because I think the big feathered headdresses look cool
I want a German leader to be rocking a spiked Pickelhaube
I want a grossly historically inaccurate Viking with aa horned helmet
I want a Roman general in a galea with pitched plumage
At the risk of reviving a different debate, Ada Lovelace is a bad leader - because she doesn't have a hat
