I Need Advice

I'm angry right now because last night, I lost my capital city because I did not kno how to DRAFT a military unit. If anyone knows how to draft a military unit, or where to find the draft button in the cities in civiliation 3 conquests, please write.

PS: I was a Republic so I should have been allowed to draft a unit.

You can draft once you know Nationalism.

Also, you can only draft from cities with 7 or more citizens, and at least one of them has to be a native citizen.

And the draft button is next to rush buy button.
