I need help with a new theme pack I made.

I have a new theme pack I made. What it does is take out the dutch and put in a new nation called the Pirate nation (the old pirates get called renegades). It has all sorts of stuff including: new governors, new flags, new barmaids, new beautifull daughters. This version is 1.0, I plan on making a new version. The problem is it is 2.5 MB zipped (over 5MB unzipped). I have been looking for a place to host it but haven't found a place. If you can help me out I would be much obliged. Tried doing an attachment here but it said too big (not over 2MB).

I made two different files one at 1.7 mb and one at .6 mb but now it is saying it has to be under .5 mb. Not sure what to do. They are both zip files.
