i need help with the ROM mod

I am having major problems with running the Rise of Man mod for BTS. I have downloaded 2.9 and 2.91, installed both (2.9 1s5) in the proper folder, using both zip7 and winrar. When i go to look for that mod, it is not listed, but it does appear in the appropriate folder. Pls help
