Whenever I start the programme, there is a minor inconvenice:
The start up screen buttons read:
Build
Build Barricade
and then the list progesses normally.
Furthermore, RANDOM reads as YOUR CIVILIZATION when slecting components for a new game.
The year a city was founded reads as Nov.
Amongst other problems, I think there's an error in some DLL file in-game that is throwing most of the game labels Out of Sync (OoS), just a little.
It isn't affecting civilization or unit names as far as I can tell, or civilization traits. Just some menu selection things.
Any way I can fix this?

P.S. I just re-installed my PERFECTLY LEGAL version of Civ 3 Complete, and put in Conquests and PTW no-cd patches for my convience; I get the feeling they may be the root of my discontent.
