iAIAnimalBonus & iAIBarbarianBonus in CIV4HandicapInfo.xml

The default handicap file (CIV4HandicapInfo.xml) for Beyond the Sword v3.2 contains an error. iAIAnimalBonus and iAIBarbarianBonus should be at -40/-25 for all levels but were left at -70/-40 for Monarch, i.e. the values from the basic game and Warlords.
 
Where have you read they are supposed to be -40/-25 for all levels?
:devil: Personally, I'm going to change them all to 0/0, and for the player too.

Well, if you check the file, Monarch is the only setting that is... different.

The AI no longer receives massive discounts on Unit Supply (units outside territory), Unit Upgrades, Inflation and War-Weariness.

Unit Supply: Used to range from 10% (Deity) to 50% (Settler), now 50% at every difficulty level.
Unit Upgrades: Used to range from 5% (Deity) to 45% (Settler), now 50% at every difficulty.
Inflation: Used to range from 20% (Deity) to 100% (Settler), now 80% at every difficulty above Chieftain.
