[Idea] Absorbing Traits in the LeaderHead

I just have a realy nice idea, Traits are for the most part simply a mass of modifiers that are applied to the Player and atached to the LeaderHead, which is itself atached to the Player (at the code level). The predefined Traits do help to quickly organize what a leader is strong and weak in strategy wise but the system is rather inflexible. People have noted on many occasions that some trait combos are weak and some stronger but you cant make any adjustments for a specific combination to make a leader stronger or weaker or more flavorfull.

So why not simply have the LeaderHead XML tag also be able to reference all of the Trait tags, it could even be a strait cut and paste from the Traits XML which could be modified to your hearts content.

The ParseTraits function which give the text when you mouse over your flag would be modified to list ALL player level modifiers/bonuses so everything defined on the leader or traits of that leader or even global Wonder effects would get placed their and make it much easier to see what you have for bonuses.
 
Couldn't you just have multiple traits of the same type, but some weaker/stronger/more flavourful? E.g., philosophical 1, philosophical 2, etc.?
