Ideas for Modders

For any of you talented Modders out there, here are some mod ideas I have come up with (I would love to do them, but have neither the time nor skill to do so):

1) Turtledove based mods:
a) the world war series (with the invading lizards) could be done two ways, i. have a world war II mod with the lizards invading with better tech. ii. start out with a standard civ with the lizards invading at some point when a nation achieves a particular tech level.

b) the into the darkness series (world war II type situation but based in a magic rather than tech world)

2) David Brin uplift mod

3) Stargate mod - though I am given to understand that this may not be possible with normal modding because it would have to allow for movement from one world map to another. If not possible maybe something for Firaxis and Sid to consider as a 2nd expansion pack.

If any modders are interested, I can try to help with the ideas on any of these, but have no programming talent at all.

This would be sort of like the aliens system I put in Zebra 9's Additions (see sig), It would just require a addition of a new civ (the lizards) and the change of several units.
