IGE for Civ VI?

In Civ V there was a popular mod that allowed you to edit the map ingame, change seas to mountains and deserts to oceans etc. Is there anything similar for Civ VI?

Also, does anyone have any recommendations for good stable mods that change the fog of war, especially on the minimap. It's too similarly coloured for my eyes to notice the difference.
