I keep seeing "Completed Mods" on the forums, but they're mostly just beta... What are the best COMPLETED modpacks?

First of all this is the wrong forum. But for your question, some of the best modpacks are, RAR, Rhyes of Civilization, Warhammer Fantasy mod, D&D Mysteria Fantasy Mod, The American Continent mod, and Civ Army mod.
