Notice that when combat is taking place... Between two armies, you can have a battle lasting as long as 10 seconds before someone dies. If one of the units has a higher rate of fire, they will likely kill/reduce the other's hit points faster. Know what I mean?
But I rarely use armies. Leaders are far more useful for building Wonder
ya but once you got a victorious army it gice you the possibility to built heroic epic and military academy so i like to built an army with a leader. Army are pretty good agaist a.i. killer spearman
