Imhotep not scaling

I'm not sure it is a bug, or if it's working as intended but Great Engineer Imhotep has always 175 production towards Wonders (+ double if ancient).

It does not matter the game speed. I'm currently playing a game at -200% speed and all the great engineers seems to have their production scale accordingly except him.

Sorry, I do not understand. Do you mean how I get him as a Great Person.

He should be on the list of Great Engineers for medieval age! You have to get Great Engineers points to unlock him!
