Importing Civ4 models to Civ5

Does anybody have a clue on how to do this?

I want to transfer the cottage graphic from Civ4 to Civ5, sadly, I havn't found any ways to do this.

But I am not familiar with 3d programs, so maybe there is an easy way of converting the old files to new ones?

I am not sure of this myself, but I would love to see at the very least most of the old textures for buildings return, the eastern buildings look like ugly navy plastic, like someone took art deco and decided to mix it with the city representation. even though they removed the horrible building art from showing up and messing up the city it also STILL manages to look cluttered and ugly
