Impossible to launch civilization VI

Hello,
I downloaded 2 days ago the free version of EpicGames of the game, only: Unable to launch the game. The launcher works, offering me DirectX11 or 12, but as soon as I launch it, nothing happens, and EpicGames reopens.
I tried everything:
- Update the NVIDIA drivers (for 1080)
- Update DirectX
- Update C ++
- uninstall, reinstall on another disk

Nothing works.
If anyone has a solution, I'm interested....

There are a few of us with the saqme issue. I have submitted a ticket 2 days ago and am waiting to hear back.

I have tried all potetntial fixes I have come across to no avail.

My issue was that I had a special character in my windows user name. Created a new windows user and it works perfectly.
