Improvement suggestion

Is there where we make suggestions? I was thinking it would be great if someone could make an airfield/airbase improvement, a place outside our cities to park military aircraft prior to engagement

I'm not sure if this is possible, but if this could be added to the function of forts and citadels, I think that would be the least obtrusive mod option, particularly until the whole art creation aspect of Civ V modding becomes a bit more... uh... possible.
